Q: The conference/retreat we are planning requires some privacy yet we are concerned about all attendees being able to locate the lodge! How can we be sure of a proper location for our unique retreat?
A: Timber Tops Cabins management team takes every step possible to provide clear, easy to follow directions for all conference attendees. We are happy to work with conference planners to select an appropriate location for the activities planned.
Q: We have a group of 50. Will we need to book separate conference facilities other than the lodging in the homes?
A: We are very versatile in our facilities. Many of our executive homes have sitting and eating areas spacious enough for the whole group to stay in the home. To fulfill specifications for conference facilities, we work with the city of Pigeon Forge along with other agencies to help coordinate any pavilions or catering needed for your group. Each home has facilities for food preparations in the home for a good mix of options.
Q: What activities are available for our group?
A: Golf, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Hiking, Fishing, Rafting, Horseback Riding, and more!
Q: What other services can you recommend to complement and complete our conference retreat planning.
A: Prepaid buffet tickets from Duff’s Smorgasbord are an excellent idea for large groups, whether you are planning for group dining or “meals on your own.” Duff’s offers prepaid meal passes at a considerable discounts and also offers all-inclusive group rates. Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que is another option for onsite catering or picnics. Shirts to commemorate your event while providing a Smoky Mountain souvenir are available from Smoky Mountain University. For a real outdoor adventure, you may consider Adventure rentals or car rentals available through Southland Car and Jeep. For a little something extra special, welcome baskets can be awaiting your staff’s arrival from Klassy Snacks or book at day of relaxation at Day Spa by Summer. The opportunities are endless!
